Unlocked Bliss CIC delivers structured, trauma-informed (non-clinical) wellbeing support through a range of accessible programmes designed to meet people at different stages of their journey.
Our approach combines practical tools, creative expression, and community connection to help individuals reduce stress, build confidence, and move forward in their lives.
All programmes are rooted in our 3Rs method:

a 3 step simple, effective framework that supports lasting change without requiring individuals to retell difficult experiences.
We offer a combination of group programmes, one-to-one support, and community-based activities, with funded places available to ensure access for those who need it most.
